Customer terms and conditions
Delifonseca food2go-powered ordering services • Review draft 25 October 2026
1. Who you order from
Delifonseca is operated by DELIFONSECA DOCKSIDE LIMITED (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’), company 07011274, registered office Brunswick House, Brunswick Way, Liverpool, England, L3 4BN. We sell your items and handle orders, complaints and refunds. These terms cover Delifonseca food2go-powered ordering services, not the separate corporate website or physical-card loyalty scheme. food2go provides the technology, not the goods.
For food quality, missing or incorrect items, delivery, cancellations or refund requests, contact the store using the contact details shown when you order. For website, app, account or payment-processing issues, email support@food2go.co.uk with your order reference and a brief description. Never send your full card details, security code or password.
2. Orders and payment
Check your items, options, store, collection or delivery details, time and total before ordering. Prices, mandatory charges and minimum orders are shown before payment. Extras require your agreement.
Your order is accepted only when the store confirms it. Submitting an order or receiving an acknowledgement does not mean acceptance. Payment processing starts when you place the order and payment is captured overnight. If we reject or cancel your order, a refund is processed automatically. We will ask before making material substitutions or adding charges.
3. Food and delivery
Check allergen information and contact the store before ordering if anything is unclear. Do not rely on order notes alone for a serious allergy. Removing ingredients does not eliminate cross-contact risk. We remain responsible for required food information. Age-restricted products require the legal minimum age and may require ID.
Follow collection or delivery instructions, where offered, and be available to receive your order. Times are estimates unless agreed otherwise. Your rights concerning agreed times or unreasonable delay remain. We remain responsible when using a courier.
4. Changes and refunds
There is no website or app cancellation button. For discretionary changes or cancellations, contact the store promptly and obtain confirmation; what is possible depends on preparation and fulfilment. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right generally excludes rapidly perishable food. For eligible non-perishable goods bought online, you normally have 14 days after receipt to tell us you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return them. Other applicable cancellation rights remain.
Give your order reference when reporting a problem. We remain responsible for refunds and remedies required by law. Statutory rejection refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after entitlement is agreed, without a fee, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Where Uber Direct is used, try Help in your tracking link first for delivery issues. Contact the store if this is unavailable or unresolved. Food quality and refunds remain our responsibility and do not depend on courier reimbursement.
5. Accounts and rewards
Keep your details accurate and account secure; do not misuse the service. Accounts and rewards are separate for unrelated brands. Where a loyalty offer applies, its earning, redemption, expiry and restrictions are shown with the offer. Joining is not marketing consent.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Updates will not change accepted orders retrospectively; material account or scheme changes will be communicated where required. See the accompanying Customer privacy policy for how your information is used.
